We stand behind Sip2Glow completely. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund — no lengthy explanations needed.
How to Request a Refund
To start the process, simply contact our support team first at info@sip2glow.org with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We'll respond within 24-48 hours and guide you through the next steps.
Please do not return products without contacting us first — we want to make sure your refund is processed as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Conditions

- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date — just email us before your renewal date
Damaged or Missing Orders
